| Ive worked at my job for 3 and a half years now and Im completely miserable. For the position Im in, Im getting paid less than the national average by approx $5,000 a year. Heres the dilemmaIts just me and my daughter, if I leave my job now and get a new job Ill have about a 3 month lapse in health benefits just to make a few dollars more. Right now , financially its rough.so I need all the extra money I can get. Is it worth it having a 3 month lapse in benefits, should anything medically come up Im screwed and cant pay for it. Should I stay where I am or get a new job? |
