I shipped a package to my stepson last week via UPS, containing presents and stuff that he needs. The arrival date was for today, January 30th, and they hadn't recieved it as of seven. I tracked the package, and it JUST NOW left the store in Ky, and was in transit to Lexington. The new arrival date is now February 4th. I fairy irritated.....
A. Should I contact UPS and find out WHY this is so late, before logging a complaint with their corporate office.
Or
B. Just chill out, these things happen. |
