Should the blogs are rated be changed??

OK, I screwed this up the last time, so let's try it again.

The blogs are only rated as a whole, not individually as the pictures and stash is. Once a blog is rated, when you add another, it can't be rated again.

I think the system needs to be changed so that each blog is rated individually. What do you think?
