| ok for a few years now I have been having troubles sleeping...its recently getting worse...less and less sleep! currently its about 3hrs a night! its affecting everything I do....it takes me forever to get to sleep then once I do I only get about 3 hours and then I cant get back to sleep, even though I am HELLA TIRED! I sleep better during the day than at night.....but day time is not an option....so to make this a mumm....should I get a night job and sleep my days away? or should I see a doctor and try sleeping pills? |
