I have a 13.5 year old Germnan Shep/Black Lab mix.
He was born with bad hips but I took him home and gave him a great life.
He can still stand but to see him try to walk is pathetic. he stumbles and winds up with the top side of his paws pressed against the carpet and he walks on the upper side of his paw.
He can still stand. To bring him upstairs so I can keep an eye on him, I have to carry him up (125 pounds he is a big dog)
and I also have to caryr him outside.
At what point do I take him to the vet and let him go?
This is killing me.
