Here's the back story....
This guy and I always get paired up to work together all the time. He likes to be lazy and pull pranks and other stupid crap like that. I normally don't care, but his fooling around has been getting both of us in trouble. He is on a 6 month probation and has a minor violation at work. I was put in a position where I had to report on something he did last week, now i'm being told by our bosses that they need to speak to each of us and to not clock in and just come straight to the conferrence room. They are meeting with us individually too.
I haven't done anything wrong, but as I said I always get into trouble when he does so....
Do you think I have anything to be worried about? |
