on my way home from my hubbys work today, i seen a white persian sitting on the side of the road. when i looked in my mirror i seen the cat walk out in front of a car. me being the animal lover that i am, went back and got him. i could not have bared driving past there in the morning and finding him laying on the side of the road. i went to the house closest to where we were (its the country so theres not alot of them around) and the guy said it wasnt his and hed never seen it. we took him to the vet and they said hes probably in his teens and very malnurished. he is SOOO skinny. we can not keep him. (we have 5 dogs and 4 cats already and another vet bill coming soon) ive posted an ad on craigslist trying to find his owner and my hubby is gonna make me some flyers to hang tomorrow. my question is, if nobody responds to my ad or my flyers should i:
A: post a free cat on craigslist and try to find him a good home
or
B: would it be better to take him to a NO-kill shelter and let them find him a good home. |
