January 1st was the day of the new law for Washington State... No more texting while driving.... if you are stopped for another violation and the cop see you texting, you get another ticket for $131.00.... You have to prove to the COURT that you were not texting at the time of the violation with a copy of your phone bill.... Outstanding!
