So I have been checking out some different cultures lately and stumbled upon South Korea. One of my buddies is Korean and he has gotten me to try some ken shi and sou ju. ken shi is cabbage buried for like a month and a half and spiced with peppers and sou ku is like soki....its rice wine! anyways i was wondering if any other peoples out there have tried these things...
