Running through all the brush and leaves, my heart is racing like a drum at an indian pow wow and I can feel the anxitey building up. I am looking left and right as I scan the area for some place to hide. OOH NO I can hear someone chasing me. AHhhh They want to kill me! RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN FASTER!
Okay so that isn't my mum at all.... but it feels like it.
I have to give a speech tomorrow in taaada Speech class, only I have soo much anxiety about speeches that I am driving myself crazy! I dont think I have been to sleep in a week since I found out when we were to do our first speech. Anyone else have this problem? What do you do to control the feel that you are going to pass out at the podium? |
