all week long ive had about 2-3 hrs of sleep a night. last night i actually got 8 full, non-interupted hrs. now i dont think i'll be able to sleep 2nite. should i take a sleeping pill and risk feeling like crap 2morrow or have a drink and sleep all day tomorrow
