on monday night/tuesday morning it froze really bad here in wisconsin. my son and i over slept and i had to drive him to school. i got out of the van and walked around it. i slipped on the ice and fell down at the school, right where the children all get on and off the bus. i went down and reported that i had fallen and that i was in some pain. the teacher told me to go home and rest. so today i find out i have chipped the bone in my hand and wrist and have to use a splint for a week. Then i go back and get more xrays to see if it is healing yet. plus my knee and arm is all bruised.
do i sue or just let it go? i think the parking lot and sidewalk area should be salted before the children get to school. today i called the teacher and all she said was i hope the owners will salt more, we have told them to do so. |
