I work at a behavioral health nonprofit that specializes in Domestic Violence intervention.
I have been told that I have patience to spare, have a dry and sharp wit, and that I'm a pretty even tempered guy. I have a random, quirky (and sometimes obscure) sense of humor. I like to laugh (who doesn't, right?), but more than that, I love to hear others laugh.

Interests
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. When I'm not hanging out with them, you can usually find me somewhere out in nature. Love hanging out on the coast, road tripping, kayaking, mountain biking, and exploring new areas. I also enjoy weightlifting, reading, and painting. Creative writer when the mood strikes.
I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and certified SCUBA diver.

Trey In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.
