You never know what can happen during a traffic stop, and you have to be prepared for anything and anyone. I often run scenarios through my head just in case.
What if I stop someone for speeding, and come to find out that she has two heads attached to the same body, like a Siamese situation in reverse. They have separate names, but just happen to be stuck on one body.
Should I:
A). Ticket just one, if she admits wrong doing
or...
B). ticket them both, because neither one said to slow the hell down
What? It can happen!!
