| This evening, when I went to my fathers for dinner, he informed me that he expected me to watch my younger sister while he and his wife worked. I, in what i THOUGHT was a nice gesture, offered to give him a discount rate. He blew up at me and said i was wrong, and i had an obligation to babysit. Now, i LOVE my sister, but i have my daughter and my 2 nephews too. If i kept her this summer like he demands i do, i would have to feed her 2 meals a day and pay for whatever activities we decide to do. Am i wrong for expecting him to pay? wasn't i being more then fair by offering him a discount rate? |
