It's supposed to get better... I've heard that for years now, so why does it always seem to get worse?? Because I'm sober? Because after so many years I'm clean?? I finally made it to my first meeting yesterday, alone, by myself, without anyone next to me holding my hand... I did it!!! For the first time in my life, i reached out for help. Not because i was told to, but because I need it... And just when my life starts to look better, feel better, Of course, shit fucking happens!!!! I'm not so sure i want to go through any of this again, I'm not sure ill even make it to the next meeting. I am sure of one thing, this lady has lost the will to keep fighting.....
