My mother sent me some money using Money Gram. It was $300 and when I went to pick it up, Money Gram said that someone had already picked up the money for some reason, I have no idea since I didn't pick it up. I called the 800 number that was given to me to investigate the matter and resolve it. They were gonna find out when, where and who picked up the money that was intended for me. Well, Money Gram was supposed to call me back in 3 days telling me what happened in the investigation of the report. They still didn't call me and I had to call them back several times, every day they said "call back tomorrow", "call back tomorrow"! It has been almost a week now and I still didn't get my money back. (Sorry for the long mumm, thanks for your patience). My mumm is :
A) Should I file a complaint and have Money Gram be investigated...
or
B) Just give up since there may be no use of getting the money back... |
