It's 12:15PM and you are on your lunch hour. The three people infront of you are holding stacks of lottery slips and Scratchers. The lottery does not draw until 10PM that night. And they have plenty of time after work to feed thier addiction. But they take 30 minutes of your lunch time Playing lottery.
