OK maybe its just me but i was always told that PREQUALIFIED means yor guanteed that you qualify for something and im getting sick of being told im PREQUALIFIED for a survey and i spend 10 minutes filling out all the pre survey stuff and then OOOOPS we're sorry you do not qualify for this survey!! and Loe and Behold im not qualified for any of the surveys!!!!

OOOOPS theres an hour wasted!

so who else is tired of that kinda stuff?
