Hey FuBar!!! My name is Ulu...living on the beautiful Big island of Hawaii! I'm 32 year old single mom bleessed with 2 children. 1 boy who's 11. He's my strength, my calm and my peace. My girl who's 2 years old and she's....uhhhhhhhhhh.......ME! They are my every waking moment. I try my hardest to do everything possible for them to ensure their stability so they can grow to be productive adults. My son plays the drums and is the main drummer for the Youth service on Friday nights at our church and loves it sooooooo much. Naturally talented...or I will say gifted. My girl, well, trying to get her to dance hula, but I'm not sure if she'll be interested in that. She shows an interest in hair and make=up.....of course....and BOXING! LOL! I won't force her to do anything she doesn't want to so....hey, if she wants to box..then let it be. At present I'm going through some things, but I keep holding on to faith and knowing that in the end when all is said and done...EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT. My children and I will be just fine.
I was born and raised in Hawaii........so yes, I'm a homegrown island girl....not sure if life will take me to the mainland...but the way things are looking right now I would have to say, give or take 3 months, I'll be leaving this place to start fresh and new in the states. There, I know that everything will be just fine and I can live my life the way I have always wanted to...just by being me.

Interests
Let's see....of course, I love being a mother...God has thought of me being worthy enough to be a mother. I honor that with everything in me.
My other interests are....HULA! and.......HULA! lol!
I also have a bit of an interest in photo editing...making pictures look cool...cropping and editing them to look nice. So, I have decided with the influence of some friends and family that I should get into digital design...wheww..and I'm going for it. Can't wait!
I love to be with my friends and family. I go swimming every Thursday with my sister and work out with my friend Kim every chance we get. Though it's difficult at times to get out there because of our kids, we make the time as much as possible.
I'm a member of Solid Rock Ministries...and soon to begin teaching hula full force!
Music
I love all kinds of music...especially the kind that worships the Lord. But I love Hawaiian, REggae......gotta love R&B...who doesn't. Gospel too. Gotta love it.
In high school I listened to alot of Rock n Roll, so I love to listen to rock ballads...I think it's beautiful music. But for the most part growing up in the islands, it was Hawaiian and Reggae. Reggae is real big in the islands...we have this thing called...Jawaiian...or some may call it..Jahwaiian. Any how, we've got lots of talented and wonderful musicians that play this particular type of music. You should check it out when you get a chance.
