I am a 39 yr old father of one very beautiful daughter of 18 yrs. I will be posting pics of her very soon. I am a professional tattoo artist working in my own shop....."Lucky 13s Tattoo Studio". I live in Earlington KY. basically in the sticks of western Kentucky. I have, for the most part, spent all my time taking care of my daughter. On May 17th 2006, she was hit by a semi truck on her way to school a month after getting her driver's license. She was in a coma for the most part of 8 months and suffered extensive right-side brain damage. She had to really learn EVERYTHING over again. It has been a year and a half since and she is now and has been since awakening from the coma, undergoing intense occupational, physical, and speech therapy. She leaves every Sunday afternoon and returns every Thursday afternoon from Louisville...about 160 miles away. She currently does not have but about 10 % use of her left side and is in a wheelchair. She keeps a very positive outlook for the most part. All of the mental faculties have returned....It's just the physical part that is taking it's time coming back. She is truly my hero for the strength and determination she continuously exhibits day in and day out. If you would like to know anything further about me....all you need do is ask.
