Just checking this out.
Moved from Philly to Staten Island in July 2009 for a business opportunity (I'm an electrician). Just recently purchased a house in Philly so that I can spend my weekends there to be closer to family and friends.
I'm not a bullsh*tter. I'll tell it like it is and would expect the same from anyone else.
