A blonde asks her doctor for weight loss advice. He suggests that she eat regularly for two days, then skip a whole day, and continue this cycle. He arranges to see her again in two weeks. When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds. The doctor is amazed and asks her how she lost the weight so quickly. She says,"I gotta tell you, it's a great diet but those third days are real killers." The doctor assures her that fasting is difficult but he still can't believe that she could lose 20 pounds just by fasting every third day.
