I am a very relaxed, laidback and easygoing individual. I like to live life from moment to moment, but I always have a direction or a plan. Most times I just make it up as I go along, occasionally I can lay it out in advance and modify it at will. This works well for me because I am a very flexible person. There is always a method to my madness and most everything I do has a purpose or meaning, sometimes its simplistic other times it is very dynamic and layered. I am a very upfront and honest person, so what you see is what you get. In reality, I have a very dynamic, ever shifting and yet inherently stable and uniform personality that adapts and adjusts for all situations. However, occasionally I can’t shift fast enough and that sometimes gets me into trouble (What I mean by that is when I go from say work to hanging out with friends; I am going from a very intellectual and advanced scientific setting to chilling with friends. Sometimes I just get really excited because of something new that I either did, learned or discovered at work, other times I just forget where I am and my mind is still in a very scientific mode or orientation and during these times when I speak most of my friends can’t understand me, it goes right over their heads and they get annoyed with me. I don’t even mean to do it and I more than understand how they feel. I spend most of my time at work trying to understand what everyone else is saying, every other word these people say to me is a vocabulary word. I am getting better at understanding and deciphering the wickedly complicated scientific techno babble, but every now and then at the end of the day my mind feels like a broken and horribly sparking computer on the verge of melting-down.) With me the deeper you look, the more you will see but you have to look closely and pay attention to the little details to understand. This is one thing that I believe holds true for all aspects in life. In order to better understand something one has to pay attention to detail, especially the little details that many others overlook. My very nature and the overall makeup of my personality can pretty much be summed up with a single word; contradiction. I love math and science and my mind has a very strong basis in logic and yet my mind has a strong artistic and abstract component (Sometimes when I think outside the box, I go so far outside that it is mind-boggling; I sometimes loose sight of the box). I also love the outdoors and being in nature no matter the season (I prefer colder weather). I was a cub-scout for five years then crossed over and was a boy-scout for eight years; I am an unofficial Eagle Scout (god dam bureaucratic nonsense and its thrice dammed paperwork). I played Ice-Hockey from the age of five till I started college at eighteen. I love going to the gym and lifting weights, and when I do go to the gym I usually spend somewhere between one and four hours there (I usually average closer to three hours). Even so, I am not a muscle head, not even close. I fall somewhere between the athletic and bodybuilder body type. When I lift I focus on strength not mass, as such I am much stronger than I appear. I love to play pool and go bowling. I love playing videogames, and I am guilty of occasionally getting lost in certain videogames. I love science, especially biology I am just fascinated by it. I hope to finish my undergraduate education without loosing my mind and with four or less degrees (I am working on two right now, Biology and Chemistry, and I am trying to keep it that way without adding any more but it is so hard to resist). I ultimately want to go to med-school and enroll in a M.D.-Ph.D. program (I want to be a surgeon). Other than that I am not too sure. I currently work as a student volunteer in a medical research lab and I absolutely love it. I am working on getting a paid position in another lab. I am a very weird combination of a nerd and a jock and dam proud of it. When I want to talk I can talk and I am most dangerous when bored or sleep deprived because I do some pretty wild and crazy things under those conditions, my mind is given too much freedom to just think randomly and the things I come up with surprise even myself; especially when sleep deprived because my mind runs at a mile a minute and I can’t keep up or make much sense of it all.
