Eric S notapenguin there's unfortunately a number of them on fubar. it does violate the terms of service, and at least some of the bouncers will do something about it (though reasonably it's a good idea to take a screenshot of one of the photos -- with evidence (like their URL in the browser bar on top)- that it's in their photo folder, not someone else's-- in case the offenders temporarily close down and privatize their photos when they find out they might get in some trouble for them. you probably won't need it, just a link to the person's page, but take it anyway to have in reserve. then mail a bouncer the link to their profile page and explanation of the situation. problem is, the person will probably just come back with a new profile, but better than nothing, and if they keep breaking the rules can do that again...
