I'm new here so I don't really know what to say. I'd like to meet some folks out there so don't be afraid to say HI! I act in independent films, write and direct my own work w/ my friends, I go to U of H full time, and whenever I get any free time I like to hang out with friends and drink and catch up on sleep. Interests
Yeah my interests are all over the place. Primarily movies and the film making process. I am currently involved in SWAY and we recently got an article in Fangoria magazine where I am listed as a member of the cast. I also love live music and shows, Hell who doesn't, and I am interested in politics and plan to run for public office in the not too distant future. I have many hobbies and interests and if you would like to know more than ask. Yep.
Music
I enjoy all kinds of music. Anything from 1994 back is fair game, but I really don't like alot of this new crap. Its all derivative and IT ALL SUCKS!! There truly is nothing new under the sun when it comes to music. A few of my favourite bands include: The Beatles, The Eagles, Chicago, Queen, Depeche Mode, The cure, Def Leppard, Led Zeppelin, New Order, NIN, Type O Negative, Ozzy & Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Motley Crue, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Zombie, Ministry, G'n'F'n'R, Velvet Revolver, STP, The Killers and I do like old school rap, r&b and classic country.
Movies
Since I am a connoisseur of films I cannot have any kind of definite top movie list. Being a film maker makes me overly critical of movies in general. A list of some of my favourite directors include: Stanley Kubrick, Sydney Lumet, Martin Scorsese, Brian DePalma, Michael Mann, Sam Raimi, Blake Edwards, David Fincher, Ridley Scott, Larry Clark, Christopher Nolan and George Lucas (though he screwed up episodes I and II). I am also a big James Bond fan.
CORRECTIONS! After seeing Miami Vice from Michael Mann and Spider-man 3 from Sam Raimi, I am now less of a fan of both of them! Those movies fuckin' sucked! Oh and don't bother seeing Live Free Or Die Hard, That sucked worse than BOTH of them!
If you'd like the inside scoop on which movies suck-ass, just ask me, the movie guy. I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction.
