So why am I here? Sugartastic referred me and I still don't know what the site is all but it is slightly addictive.
I like to talk to interesting new people with different experiences, I’m open minded myself easy going like socialise have a tipple strictly medicinal. I also think I’m pretty creative normally with food. I create dishes for people I care about. My sense of humour is surreal, silly and can be sarcastic.

Interests
Numero Uno - Cooking not a professionally trained chef, but set up my own catering business. Love to create new dishes fo people I care about. Favourite dish at the moemnt is oven baked turbot with lemon zest flat leaf parsley on a shrimp and fennel risotto. Favourite spice is Smoked Paprika in tins from Spain. Favourite country for food Italy/Spain can't decide.
Numero dos - Socialising - dinking with friends and anyone else really love to meet and talk with new people. May involve a pub or around a dinner table usually with some social lubricant like red wine.
Numero tres - Travel - love to visit different countries and regions and experience different cultures, architecture and of course food.
Numero quatro - learning constantly
Numero cinco - mixing house music vinyl on old technic 1210's
Music
Eclectic - anything from modern accoustic style folk, to groups such as Spektrum - Punky/Electronica to Deep Funky House and a bit of soul.
Love to mix records have technics and a large collection of 12" Vinyl alot eminating from NY.

Hmmm...bit old for video games... space invaders, pacman, paperboy. Or maybe I'm just living in the dark ages. Seriously it would have to be Grand Theft Auto series, but alas I no longer play as I have an addictive personality.
