Hi, I see your pic, and you got my interested. I'm Gerald, currently working for an IT company, but not for long: I'm exiting the labor market while at the same time my office is closing. Good for me, not so good for some of my coworkers, but due to prior employment services experience, I can help with pointing them to readjustment services.I plan on doing other things like volunteer work at the animal shelter as a dog walker, take a woman out for coffee, lunch or dinner; some hiking, BBQ (my specialty is smoked ribs and tri-tip), a little fishing, maybe a fun class at the local college,"this & that" and of course travel! I enjoy a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, just need time to do them, and will have it soon! Every met anybody excited about a layoff notice?Earlier this year, went to Hawaii on a military cargo jet (stuill have this benefit as a veteran) on an 18 hour shopping trip (only because morale was real low at my office, and the crew needed goodies!). Went to the east coast, and"accidentally" to Spain and Germany, and didn't intend to (long story). I did make an intentional trip to Canada and and Colorodo to see family and friends to reconnect.
