I'm David. I'm 25, live out in the middle of nowhere in Ohio. Can't tell you where, you might stalk me! I served in the Army as an Infantry soldier for a little over 3 years. I saw a lot of things and different countries so it was definately a life changing experience in many ways. I went to combat in Iraq and got out alive. . If you talk crap about our military I will most likely have a HUGE problem with you. They go through so much they don't need someone who has never served and doesnt know what its like to serve talking crap and telling them that we are wrong to be where we are. Yes, its a messed up situation. But pulling our troops out now will further destabilize that country and make all those who died die in vain. How about some support for the troops and the administration instead of allying with the enemy.
Tried some college out for a while, just wasn't for me at this point in my life. Maybe I'll finish it one day? Went through a police academy last fall and have been trying to get a job as a police officer since. It's a pretty hard career field to get in to and it is driving me INSANE! Maybe I'm getting close. If nothing happens soon might just go back to school.

I have a Beagle puppy named Sam. He's just as stubborn as me, if not more. He likes to chew things, play with his toys and lick people's faces :)

I like the outdoors and anything you can do outside. I love going to Hueston Woods and walking the trails, going canoeing, camping and 4 wheeling when I get the chance. Can't wait for summer to get here to spend more time outside! I think I want to go fishing again, I havent been since I was around 12.

I'm pretty honest about things and will tell people the truth. I appreciate the same honesty in return. Theres so many times I've been lied to. I dont like it. Keep it real, I'll keep it real!

I'm single.. not actively pursuing a relationship at this time. If someone comes around that can meet some of the qualities of who I'd like to meet then that may change my mind. I want to get married someday and settle down and have 2 or 3 kids. I'm overly sarcastic, I can't help it. I have trouble trusting people, they have to earn it. And once that trust is lost... its really hard to get it back, but its not impossible. I'm afraid to put my heart out there for anyone again. I just left it out there hanging last time and they chose to keep walking. I'm picking the pieces back up. The hardest part is knowing what could of been and almost was... If you're a friend know I have your back no matter what. I think I've gone from being more of a fighter to a lover. I don't need conflict in my life. I've had way too much stress in my life over the past few years. I dont want gray hair!!!

I like veggin out occasionally in front of the tv watchin a dvd, LOST, Jericho or the Simpsons. I love playing with my Wii :) I also like going out with friends and just hangin out wherever we may go. Not to fond of clubs, basically just like going wherever you can sit down with friends and just be able to hear each other talk without all that loud annoying music turned up ten times louder than it should be!

Life has been a long hard road for me with everything I have seen and done. I've been through a lot of tough spots in my life. I guess all of that makes me into who I am today, and I'd like to think I'm a better person because of it. I'm not so shut off anymore with my feelings... I'm finally beginning to get back to where I need to be with myself, with my faith and with my family. I thank God for that.
