| I'm a Cleaning Supervisor for a large bank. I've been so for 2 years now. I check their work at the end of the night and go on home. Now the rules have changed. I am asked to stay 2 hrs a night to check on them even though I have a great team and we get no complaints. My boss said he doesn't care of I just sit and read a book for the 2 hrs but that would mean I don't see my husband before he goes to work and my daughter is just going to bed when I get home as it is. The pay is only $10.00 and hr, so it's not great money but if I pass on the new rule its that much less I will be bringing home. Keep in mind I still work 6hrs there so I will still have a pay cheque. |
