| So there I was waiting for midnight, when a thought darted through my mind. It dawned on me that there is sometimes two parts to a lie. For a lie to be complete it not only must be told....it must be accepted. At first this seems nonsensical but it really isn't if you stop to realize that little white lies is what keeps the social construct going. How many lies do you think are accepted in spite of glaring truth? The truth is that when it comes to interpersonal relations truth often takes a backseat to keep emotions positive. As I take that thought to further possibilities in my mind I realize tactics must adjusted accordingly. |
