MY GIFT OF LOVE!!! ARE YOU HIM?? I've always wondered just where he was...the friend I longed for. I prayed and hoped that God would open a door. When time was running out, I thought, one night. A friend's words entered into my life God whispered to me, "your time will come". A simple smile adorned my face, my eyes first dull...now bright. I knew at once, a gift of love, had been given to me that night. Words were soft,The laughter loud sharing secrets and dreams alike as each day passes, I find myself wanting more...of this stranger in the night. A strange sensation filled my heart and this is strange...I know. But I felt as if this gentle man was from another lifetime ago. I am so very scared inside.But no matter what my feelings I could never hide. But love is a very strong bond indeed, and love continues I know will grow. His voice is soft, his Heart sincere, he makes me feel afire. I feel passion, beauty, want, and need...and heavenly desire. I need for him, this gentle man, to forever be in my life. This gift of love sent down to me was so very far way. But someday I may go to him, and feel his touch,and forever wanted to stay. I look into his beautiful eyes, and all at once I will know... His love is pure, he may be the ONE..Our moments together are few. The time we share is filled with passion...a feeling I longed for so very much. And then the time will finally come....I have fell hopelessly I will smile through tears, and kiss his softly...we will make "memory" that beautiful day.I smile as I write this simple poem... of a love I have longed for, for so long,For those of you who don't believe.. you're oh so very wrong.Love comes in all different ways...this love was quite anew and I received the chance of few. I get to love again, and he's made me feel alive, I have no doubt of this lasting love....forever to survive.
