| Alternative to pull ups |

I've recently started doing pull ups with very good results. Unfortunately last night, I hurt my left wrist doing them. I think its a sprain and I need to rest the wrist. I'm looking for an alternative exercise I can do for the next few weeks to avoid losing strength in my arms and lats. Any suggestions? |
