OK, so I won tickets to two concerts. Since I can only go to one, I decided to let my son have the Dave Mathews tickets (his gf is a big fan). When I told my old man that I was giving my son the tickets, he said "Only if he gets his $hit out of our house". He has been storing some of his stuff in our place for several years and he has promised that he will get the stuff out soon (he lives 50 miles away and doesn't have a car of his own).
Anyway, the concert is coming up saturday and my old man has stolen and hidden the tickets from me so I won't give them to my son. He says he would rather burn them than let him have them.
Now the Mumm part. I feel that since I won the tickets and I am not going to use them, I should be able to give them to whom-ever I choose. I think my old man is being a jerk about the whole thing since my son never promises to do something he doesn't intend to do. So
A. Your right - give your son the tickets (your old man is a jerk)
or
B. Your old man is right, burn the tickets... |
