I got hit on my motorcycle this morning on my way to work. Trashed my bike, Im bruised up and in a good amount of pain. Lucky for me I had the presence of mind to jump straight up right before impact or I would be in the ICU right now..
Everyone is telling me I should sue. I kinda have a conflict with that, but I will be missing work for a while and now will have to get my bike replaced. Looks like ins will pay it off but I will be out of luck as far as getting them to get me a new one.
Sue for injuries, new bike, missed work etc?
Let it go everyone is to sue happy? |
