| Alright I just wanted ur input on this I am a single mom of 2 kids and I dont get any help at all from their dad or any thing..... I am having some financial problems so I am filing bankruptcy the only thing i have of value is my truck and that is it come to find out it is 1005.00 over what i can have in value..... so my attorney called yesterday and said that if the court wants they can take my truck and cell it and take $1005.00 out of what they sell it for and give me the rest whitch is about 2000.00 If i want i can back out so my question is would you back out or not my truck is all i have to get us around |
