Why is it that most men are assholes? Is it because they want to feel like they are in control? Is it just because of traditional gender roles?

Why is it that when most women find a good man, that they forget how to treat him? The few really good men out there seem to get takin advantage of all the time.

Is this something that we have had drilled into our heads? That a relationship is always about ourselves and not our partner? Please dont think I am bitter. I've just often wondered why we cant just pull it together and try to do more nice things for one another. Will this battle of the Sex's ever end?
