| Well, I have til tomorrow to come up with $1,000.00 or I'm being evicted. And when I say I'm being evicted, I mean he's making me leave tomorrow. And I have nowhere to go. I will be homeless. I have no minutes on my phone to even be able to call anyone about helping me. I can't even get my 45 dollar Straight Talk phone card. No one knows this, but I sponsored a single mother and her 6 kids and her elderly mom for Christmas. Gave them a full Christmas meal, gifts for the kids, coats, hats, gloves, boots for the kids and adults and let my rent go to do it. My rent is only $250.00 a month. My landlord doesn't care why I don't have the money. I help people who have nothing and this is what I get in return. No one will help me. I'm about to be put out on the streets for helping others and I'm scared to death. All my friends and family have turned their backs on me. So my question is....Do I stop helping people and become cold hearted and selfish? Or do I continue to do what I've always done and put others before myself and keep working to make the world a better place? |
