| Currently I work as an Asst Mgr for a very stable restaurant and for the most part I hate my situation.(not the job the situation I'm in, and I can't transfer). I may be getting an offer to change careers and work for a small marketing firm. It's $1500 less a year but it's monday through fri 9-6 where my current job consists of constant late late nights and most weekends. Most of the other benefits are pretty comparable. I'm married and own a home. If you were me would you take the risk of starting a new career or stay with stability and be miserable? |
