So there is a court date coming up this month for my ex to establish child support. The certified letter for the hearing was returned from his dad's house as "doesn't live here". I have a feeling the certified letter for this court date will be the same. Should I:
A. Make the hour trip to my ex's work and give him my copy of the certified letter?
or
B. Let it be unknown, him not show up, a warrant be issued and an arrest be made?
He has made no contact or seen our son since September, but I can't make up my mind whether or not I should care enough not to let him get arrested. |
