mum expired. [EVERYONE]

My 2 oldest kids, they are 7 and 10, have been wanting to play on the computer a lot lately. I give them 30 min a piece to play their little games or whatever. We do have parental controls on it, my question is...am I letting them spend to much time on the computer?
