| Need you opinion on some shit happened to my brother,about a year ago his wife and 12 year old daughter got into a fist fight, his daughter was hitting the mother and he went to brake it up by slapping his daughter in the ass with a belt twice for hitting her mother. Needless to say the daughter ran out of the house to her 13 year old friends house who,s mom wasn,t home and the friend called the cops, and the cops arressted him and called social service. He feels he did nothing wrong in that situtation and they tried to get him to cop a plea he said no and nows he,s going to a jury trial. So do you feel he,s guilty or not guilty.
