Ok, heres my bitch for the day!
Sending Christmas gifts out and the postal worker asks if you want to send that regular mail or priority mail, and stating that if you send it priority mail, 2 day shipping they were guaranteed to get to the destination before Christmas!
So I pay the extra money because I was assured they would be there and come to find out the packages are nowhere near their destination point. So wtf was the point of spending the extra money only to later hear, well we can't guarantee it will be there during the holiday rush because of the abundance of packages going out. I'm like WTF? HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE THERE SO EITHER MAKE IT APPEAR OR GIVE ME BACK THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID FOR THE SERVICE!
Mind you, I paid $48.00 in total extra for 2 day deliver service and sent the packages out on the 19th of December and was told they would ship out that same day! Four days later and they're NOT THERE!!
So do you think A) They should reimburse money for failed on-time delivery or B) We got you're money so TOO BAD FOR YOU!
