| This is a discussion that has came up at work. That after the court system has found someone guilty of a serious enough crime to sentence them to death, that after all the appeals have been carried out...the death sentence be carried out. It always seems that someway or another that "NEW" evidence has been discovered or found that proves they didn't commit the crime as the sentence date approaches. Should that have been taken care of in the court process instead of days/hours before execution? |
