I have to be in court on Monday April 28th. The advice that I need goes as follows. My ex's mother took out charges on me for 2nd degree trespassing on what is not her property. Well what she is tellin everyone is not her property. Ok. Me and her son was together and he took one of our dogs down to her house to chain him up so that we could keep a 72% Alaskin Wolf. The stupid bitch told me to get off of her property. I left. She waited almost a week to take out charges on me. Do i need a lawyer or should I represent myself?
Represent myself: NAY
Get a lawyer: YAY
I need everyone's help on this one....
