Can you help me make up my mind if I should try and expand my new business fast or just take my time and grow slowly. A little background info:-
For 2 years we have been doing private tutoring (illegally) from home but recently bought a small, run-down (legal) tutoring company. They only had a few students left and the teachers they had were under-paid and did not care about doing a good job.
We have almost 50 students and can pay the bills and make a smaller profit (legally) or else we can hire more teachers, pay them better, and hopefully expand fast.
So what should I do? Both are good but both are a risk. |
