OLIVIA JACKSON age 20, was MURDERED by her boyfriend SIDELL FOX. Ovivia was 7 months pregnant with SIDELLs daughter. Just last week, Sidell threw a pipe bomb under her house while she lay sleeping. Luckily no one was hurt.
From that moment on, Leavenworth KANSAS police put her into protective custody.
JANUARY 22, 2008.....................................
Olivia was in Sidells trailer home where SIDELL open fired on his pregnant girlfriend killing both her and their unborn daughter.
Now I know in some states, you can be tried for double homicide when you kill a pregnant woman. I'm not sure if Kansas is one of those states. Every state should be.
SIDELL is being charged however with attempted murder and the murder of Olivia Jackson. I am unsure of the baby girl.
My question to you is, do you think SIDELL and any other SHIT FUCK like him should be tried with DOUBLE HOMICIDE???? |
