Although dukkha is often translated as "suffering", it has a deeper philosophical meaning. It also contains in addition deeper ideas such as "imperfection", "impermanence", "emptiness" and "insubstantiality". It is best to leave dukkha untranslated.

Interests
'interests' huh?
well, ill tell you what im not interested in, it is silly little skanks showing off their bodies like its anything more than a foul-smelling skin-bag stretched around bloody bones, coupled with the defiled mind rooted in delusion, greed/lust and aversion/hatred; 'people' thinking they are something more than a mass of flesh and blood and shit and hair, foul smelling and putrid, foolishly poisoning their weak monkey-mind further with delusion and intoxicants; like mindless animals, slave to their impulses, blindly wallowing in their own filth; too stupid and ignorant to see how lowly and base they are in mind, speech, and deed.
