I come from a pretty good size family and we all gather for Easter. The talk this year is to have a rib roast or lasagne and lamb. We are Italian an the lasagne is all handmade as well as the ricotta pie and rice pie, cannoli's cream puffs, cheese cakes, tiramisu. We also make meatballs, brasoile, Italian sausage all from scratch. Wine and whiskey out the ass and all that goes with it. The desserts will be the same and the antipasto will hold true but the main course is what the bicker is. Which way would folks go, give the big guysome input I am the one who cooks it all anyway.
