OK, I guess I have a pet peeve about folks who are snobby, think they are all of that, treat everyone with indifference and just routinely can't even show people the simple little common courtesies that I expect from even my very casual friends, such as a simple bye when you're in the middle of a conversation, instead of just disappearing without a word.
To me, I can think someone is sexy ass hell at first base solely on just looks, but once I see they have this better than anyone else attitude, and they treat folks with complete indifference and are just outright rude, they then become a truly ugly person to me and that attitude is truly the most unattractive thing I can see in a person!
I'm sure I won't change my outlook on this, but am curious to see how others feel about this... am I expecting too much from folks to expect these simple common courtesies and to not be treated with complete indifference, or do you think I'm right and wise to only want to socialize with human beings that realize their shit stinks just like the rest of us and can show others a little respect? lol |
